TSpec continues its growth by launching Remote Help Desk Support, providing support to our clients by remotely controlling their desktops, notebooks, or servers, in some cases eliminating the need for an on-site visit. This service allows for instant problem diagnostics and resolution.

TSpec announces the renewal of their GSA Federal Supply Contract through 2012. GSA provides government agencies with information technology and professional services at a discounted rate. State and local government agencies can purchase products and services using our GSA contract number.
